The building dates back to the XVII century, recently renovated to its original splendor, is in the historical center of the town.

The apartment, on third floor, can be reached through a comfortable elevator or up the charming marble stairs. The apartment consists of a reception, a king size bedroom, a twin bedroom, each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, over a total surface of 95 sqm.

The wooden "parquet" of the flooring, the precious "cassettoni" ceiling, together with the antique furniture remind the guest of the history and the taste of the building.

(In absence of special agreement, departures will take place before 12.00 noon and arrivals after 14.00 hours).

Within 3 days from receipt of our FAX or e-mail ANSWER OF AVAILABILITY, you will send us via FAX a copy of the money transfer of 25% of the total amount, as confirmatory payment.
Then we will send you our final CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION, copy of wich you will bring with yourself on arrival.
Balance payment will be made cash upon arrival (no need of credit card or bank checks).
